HRML Series High Speed Nespresso Capsules Filling Sealing Machine is used to pack Nespresso compatible capsules. It can be used for aluminum compatible capsules, plastic Nespresso capsules and biodegradable Nespresso capsules. We make the machine according to customer requirement. This HRML Series is our new design machine whose speed is very fast. This Nespresso capsules filling sealing machine include many special design include special design high-speed Nespresso cups feeding, servo motor control filling and special discharge device.

1). COFFEE CAPSULE DROPPING DEVICE
Automatic empty capsules feeding device,vertical type design, Adopt servo motor rotate to feed capsules one by one, stable and accurate, Machine use premade cup. Cup sensor “no cup no filling”
2). CAPSULE FILLING DEVICE
Provide automatic control of the weight through dosing system by means of very precise loading cells and the final weight of the capsule by PLC, adjust filling weight on the touchscreen.2servo auger filler.
3). CAPSULE SEALING DEVICE
Heat sealing station: Pneumatically driven 2 heat seal foil device. 4 OMRON temperature control module ,adjust the temperature on the command operation panel.
4). OUTPUT DEVICE
Moving manipulator output finished capsules to the conveyor.
Working Process of High-Speed Nespresso Capsules Filling Sealing Machine
- empty Nespresso compatible capsules feeding system.
- Omron detection for no cup no filling
- filling Nitrogen into capsule.
- Schneider servo motor to fill coffee while vibrating, weight around 5-20g ( can be adjust), also second time filling Nitrogen into capsule.

- Auto put pre-cutted lid or cutting paper from roll and seal on the top of capsule
- Auto Seal on the top of capsules second times. controlled by Omron temperature control module
- output by robot arm to and automatic exit to transport the finished nespresso capsules to conveyor
