2. What machines can you supply?
We mainly make coffee capsule filling and sealing machine, coffee pod filling and sealing machine, coffee capsule packing machine. We can help you purchase the related machines, air compressor, nitrogen maker machine, coffee bean grinder, coffee machine from our cooperated company.
3. Can you supply capsules and lids?
Yes. We can supply nespresso capsules, K-cup capsules, lavazza blue capsule etc.
We can customize the aluminum lids for customer, and print customer’s logo on the lid.
All the coffee capsule and lid has MOQ requirement
4. What is your company main market ?
Our company has sold machines to America, England, Brazil, Italy, Ireland, Thailand, Canada, etc.
5. How can I pay for the machine and products?
Prepayment is necessary for our cooperation after ordering. Generally , payment term is T/T 30% as prepayment, T/T 70% before delivery.
6. What is the machine’s making time?
For small machine, it usually takes about 30 working days.
For large machine, it usually takes about 45 working days.
7. Is there a grinder on the filling and sealing machine?
No, there is no grinder on the machine. It is a coffee powder silo, in the silo, it is a screw feeding device. You need to put powder in the silo
8. What is the machine’s warranty time?
Our machine’s warranty time is one year, and we can supply lifelong after-sale service for the machine.
9. Do I need to install the machine after I get it?
No, you needn’t. The machine do not need install, just connect to power and put powder, then it can work.
